What a miracle birth is! This was my first experience giving birth and it really was amazing as everyone says it is. Everyone says your delivery day is the best day of your life and they truly are correct. Of course, I was so nervous to give birth but its so worth it when you hear that little baby's cry and feel his heart beat and warmth on your skin. But, to add to that I also got pretty lucky with a short, pain free delivery. I have been enjoying every minute even the sleepless nights when you and your husband are laughing in the middle of the night because you're so tired and your baby won't go to bed and it's now 7AM the next day. LOL But, Mike and I are so obsessed with him at the same time. I love being a Mommy and learning how to be a Mommy. It's hard at times, but it is instantly not about you anymore. I had no idea that lack of sleep and being physically sore didn't matter when you have this little baby looking into your eyes. I love it all! I love the messy diapers, I love him screaming while I change his clothes, and I love him keeping me up until the crack of dawn. Because the little gassy smiles, him falling asleep to the sound of your voice, the funny faces he makes and holding my hand trumps it all. Enjoy these moments that were captured to show our experience of seeing my Baby boy Madden for the first time.
